Anvil is a medium sized mixed use commercial building sited on the prominent Dominion Road corner. The project is intended to form a central hub for this clients adjacent land holdings. To satisfy this long term strategy, the design provides an elevated circulation courtyard and vertical circulation which will eventually link 4 sites.

The building responds to its urban marker location, its upper floors contain flexible and expandable boutique commercial tenancies, each having defined outdoor meeting areas. The building arranges its car parking in a continuous spiral ramp veiled in fritted glass. This revolving internal sculptural volume generates an authentic geometry which is articulated on the outer skin.
