We restored the old original shepherd’s cottage at the centre of the Annandale Farm to create a facility that would provide a romantic experience as well as a general day trip location.
The cottage is lightly conserved in keeping with its historical working origins.
Its historic structure was adapted to incorporate new services and earthquake strengthening. Alterations and additions sensitive to the character and age of the building allow for it to be used and enjoyed and its full economic potential realised.
